On Sunday afternoon 15th April we will be running a "Tribute to Vin Session" at Vin's local, The Station Hotel, Loftus, N Yorks. We are inviting anyone interested in playing to contact me ( tonyleonard@tiscali.co.uk) with two songs they intend to sing. That will avoid duplication between performers. Doors open 2.00pm for 2.30 start It doesn't have to be songs written by Vin, It could be a song Vin recorded or maybe just some thing that gave you a connection to the great man. Pete Davies, a close friend of Vins has agreed to play an extended hot spot during the afternoon. It is hoped, that where possible each performer will introduce their songs with a recollection / anecdote of what that song meant to them personally. There must be a million Vin stories that need to be told. This is your chance to share those stories and songs with Vins friends and fans.
