The New Year brings a new CD. This is the brainchild of Graeme Knights who many of you will know as an unaccompanied singer who has been involved with the folk scene for over 30 years. Graeme wanted to publicly celebrate Vin's life and now his project is complete.
The CD is a collection of songs associated with Vin but on this album Vin is only singing on one track, in a duet with Jez Lowe. The singers are names that you will know very well and many of the singers are also the writers of the songs. Without exception the performers on this album were dear friends of Vin's. People whose talents he admired and valued. He was very honoured to take their songs and put his own arrangements and interpretations to them. Now you can hear the originals! In addition four tracks are Vin's own songs given a new spin.
